Hook Norton Beers

Martin and Catherine Kimber write:
Beautiful country pub, with a traditional feel - stone walls and
fireplaces. A lovely place to stop when driving through the Cotswolds. Was
full of people queuing up for the Sunday lunch even at noon; the bar was
popular too. Free Sunday Express, if that helps. Nice conservatory section
for the restaurant. Beer and food of a very high standard, but the
vegetables with the Sunday roast were disappointing.

Possibly the most distinctive thing about this pub is the themed
lavatories. Even the seats are painted to fit in with an animal print
theme. Why? (30.v.1999)
